Stabilizing Therapy

A permanent positive result of therapy is just as desirable for the therapist as for the patient.
That‘s why the patient can learn stabilizing exercises on demand.

The exercises are adapted to the symptoms and to the type of sport the patient is performing.
Older people might like to take a painless walk, whereas young patients might be interested in reaching best results in their preferred sports area or they might want to be able work pain free. That's why exercises have to be selected individually.

These exercises only take a few minutes and can be done easily at home without much efforts - sometimes even while sitting. Naturally- on demand- these exercises can be done with instruments such as a swing stick (flexy bar) or some balls. Exercising should be fun!
